Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You don’t need a GP referral to receive treatment. You can call the clinic and make an appointment at a time convenient for yourself. If you are using private health insurance, some companies do require a GPreferral for fee reimbursment so it’s best to check.


How quickly can I have an appointment?

We try to offer an appointment the same day however if this is not possible we will be able to see within 24 hours.


How long is each session?

Treatment sessions are 30 minutes long.


What should I bring with me?

If you have a problem with your lower back or legs it may be helpful to bring a pair of shorts. If you have any recent information about your injury such as x.rays, scans, doctors reports, these could be useful.

If you are using private healthcare insurance you may need to bring along your policy number and authorisation code. We can advise you if this is necessary when you contact the clinic.


Can I bring a family member/friend?

Yes you are welcome to be accompanied during treatment if you wish. Any patient under 18 is required to have a parent/guardian present.


Do I have to undress?

It may be necessary to partially undress depending on where your having the painful symptoms. E.g. remove your top to assess the neck or shoulder. You may bring shorts and a vest if you feel you would be more comfortable.


How much will it cost?

Treatments are £30 per session.


Is there any parking?

Yes, you are welcome to use the parking at the rear of the clinic. Directions can be given on booking your appointment.
